These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of advertex.co.in (the “Site”) and any services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or engaging us for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users aged 18 and over. By using the Site you represent that you meet these criteria and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Services and proposals

Content on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute an offer to provide Services on specific terms. Engagements are formalised through a written proposal, statement of work, or contract that supersedes information on the Site. Estimates, timelines, and pricing shown on the Site are indicative only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or systems connected to them.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape (other than respectful search-engine indexing), or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, code, logos, and trademarks are owned by AdVertex or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, including with proper attribution. All other uses require our prior written permission.

Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the relevant statement of work.

5. User submissions

Information you submit through forms, email, or other channels (“Submissions”) is treated under our Privacy Policy. By making a Submission you grant AdVertex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the Submission to respond to your request and improve our Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to make the Submission and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdVertex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdVertex and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to INR 10,000.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdVertex from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
